When a user submits an order cancellation request and it is reviewed and approved, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Return and Refund Request Approved
When a user submits a return and refund request and it is confirmed that the return conditions are met, we will arrange for a refund after receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the return requirements.
Refunds will be credited to the payment card (Visa, MasterCard) used during the original transaction. Depending on the efficiency of the bank, we expect the refund to be completed within 3-7 business days. If the refund is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

Refund amount differs from the order amount
